• Day to day routing function of store.• Responsibility of Issue material against Production requirement JOB BOM Sleep in SAP system• Stock accuracy at the store stock and maintain.• Security, Identification of Stock and Housekeeping• Responsibility of stock transfer plant to plant & Storage location to Storage location in SAP • ABC Analysis system used in stock verification • Identification & collection of non-moving & slow moving items.• Maintain FIFO process for all issuing material.• Co-ordinate with purchase officer for min. & max qty. material ordering purpose to meet production target.• Co-ordinate with production Engineer at the time of production for availability of material at production floor. • Tracking record of all returnable & non returnable material which are outward from the company.• Assist to our In charge internal audit • Reporting to Store In charge for Inventory and Material Stock• Requirement report generated in our SAP system and hand over to Store In charge.• Development of the Stores System.• Generate the rack system in our store.• Problem solving and continuous improvement activities are an integral part of my responsibility

• Verifies that supplies received are listed on requisitions and invoices. Stores supplies and equipment in storerooms. • Management of unloading of materials.• Inspects items, as to quality and quantity, against freight documents.• Inspects and manage counting, weighing, and measurement of goods received or issued.• Manage unpacking of incoming goods and wrapping and packing outgoing goods.• Stocks materials according to a prescribed inventory system.• Dispenses items and posts amounts of items to inventory control system (SAP).• Enter data and edit stock orders in a computerized inventory system (SAP).• Participates in physical inventories by counting stock.• Gate pass Preparation and its record keeping• House Keeping.• Implement and define the guideline the new techniques of inventory management like(FIFO,ABC)• Performs related work appropriate to the classification as assigned.• Basic stock inventory procedures; requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, packing slips, bills of lading, freight tags, and the use and meaning of each; computerized warehouse record keeping systems• Assist in training lower-level workers.Enter data and edit stock orders in a computerized inventory system (SAP).
