I have leveraged the Balanced Scorecard and Business Motivation Model to formulate strategic business plans for various companies, clarifying their visions and significantly enhancing decision-making processes. Concurrently, I've collaborated with the governmental sector to lead digital transformation initiatives and establish enterprise architecture offices, employing TOGAF for strategic IT planning aligned with agency goals. My efforts also extended to improving the digital maturity of these agencies, adhering to the "Qiyas" framework by the Digital Government Authority (DGA) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, thus ensuring systematic and strategic advancements in their digital transformation journey.

This task entailed an intensive exploration of both APQC (American Productivity & Quality Center) and APICS SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) frameworks, which I applied to develop extensive, best-practice reference models tailored for different areas of the supply chain.Furthermore, I applied the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) to design and document a vast array of business process and operations models.
