In my role at Mercy Corps, I support Middle East country teams in proposal development, overseeing the process from start to finish. I create development plans, assist with prepositioning activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate insights. I draft and review proposals, ensuring clarity and alignment with donor requirements. Additionally, I conduct donor mapping to inform strategic planning and assist in business development. In the reporting phase, I coordinate inputs, refine content, and ensure compliance with donor expectations. My contributions have supported proposals for USAID, ECHO, BHA, DRL, and UNOCHA.

As a Senior Programme Officer at Qualisus Consulting, I successfully managed the execution of over 10 consultancy projects across various non-profit sectors, such as Education, Child Protection, Gender, and Livelihood across the Middle East. My responsibilities encompassed full project oversight, from project management, methodological development and tool creation to qualitative analysis, report generation, and dissemination of findings. Additionally, I provided guidance and mentorship to junior team members and data collectors to foster their professional growth. These consultancies consistently delivered valuable outcomes, offering actionable, evidence-based recommendations to enhance forthcoming humanitarian initiatives.

In my role as a Programme Officer, I contributed to the execution of numerous consultancy projects by conducting literature and desk reviews, assisting in methodological development, overseeing data collection, and aiding in report writing. I managed over eight data collection efforts, often with teams of 15 or more data collectors. Throughout, I maintained a strong commitment to ethical standards and quality assurance.

As a Programme and Research Assistant, I led the identification of consultancy opportunities and the development of technical proposals. I drafted context, literature review, and methodology sections in evaluations and research reports.

During my tenure at Caritas Lebanon's North Lebanon sub-office, I served as a Field Worker for a UNHCR-funded Basic Assistance and Cash intervention project. In this role, I conducted surveys, in-depth interviews, identified protection cases, facilitated case referrals, and participated in significant data collection initiatives, including VASyR. This experience enhanced my expertise in secure data collection practices and reinforced my dedication to the Do No Harm principle, all while improving my communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
