Architected and Developed the Marketplace platform on the Self app. Led a team of 7 engineers to build the marketplace, which uses microservice architecture, containers, SQL, and noSQL dbs. Worked with product leadership to create vision and roadmap for new offerings, such as auto insurance, auto refinance, personal loans, and more. Integrated these offerings in a native experience on our app while working with our 3rd party partners to coordinate data transfer. Was technical POC for marketplace partners.Was the engineering representative on the Scrum roll out tiger team. Was also the engineering lead to prototype the migration from an on-prem to cloud code repository. Worked with product to create and deliver OKRs and bonus objectives related to my purview.

I Built out ETL pipelines, including a react-based front-end data validation and javascript back end data transformation. I also designed new functionalities of client apps, including searching and APIs to ingest data and interact with our backend databases. One of the fun things I did in this role was redesign the back-end from javascript to python to satisfy new clients and migrated auth protocol to Okta. Finally, I optimized React frontends for clients which increased user efficiency by 30%

Designed and built software to analyze blade testing data. This included a python backend and javascript frontend. Software would collect data, run analytics on it, and then allow for easy graphing and viewing of selected data.Built engine measurement software to ensure redone engines were still in spec.Led R&D efforts for next gen composite rotor blades. This included engineering molds and processes for resin dispersion. I also was the Manager of our Virginia Office, used for R&D and certification of composite tail rotor blades. This required engineering oversight of process documents along with detailed process and part inspections. I also had to make sure our Virginia facility ran harmoniously with our PA headquarters while managing a variety of different personalities and abilities. Finally, was in charge of managing and writing bids for government contracts. This required understanding all requirements of the bid and working with a team to help write it. This involved coming up with detailed planning of how we would accomplish the work along with price breakdowns and overviews of our ability and history.

Managed product education, implementation, and design enhancements for MRI- and CT-based technologies throughout the U.S. Attended surgeries to observe and guide physicians, answer technical questions, and garner feedback. Leveraged consumer responses to make recommendations for design enhancements to the engineering team. Continuously communicated with the sales and marketing teams to provide detailed product knowledge and highlight key features and benefits. Created sales and financial reports and presentations for the vice president, and managed all meetings and sales events.Improved protocol for implementing MRI- and CT-based technologies as the first manager for these products. Led multiple implementations as the first point of contact for U.S. clientele. This was a research lab at Northwestern University. I worked with piezoelectric materials and heart catheters. I was able to work on a prototype for a catheter as part of my research there.
