- Orchestrates the development of software systems through the entire life cycle, from requirements determination through operations and system retirement, with an emphasis on domain expert involvement, risk/opportunity management, and tailoring of processes to meet the needs of the project.- Supports client with complex software safety issues across sustainment and acquisition programs. Uses knowledge of complex systems design to ensure safety of systems.- Uses knowledge of real-time embedded software development and of programmable and configurable logic to create and maintain safety design policy.- Applies policy to current and new systems and verifies that these systems meet or exceed requirements. - Develops and maintains software configuration management tools to support configuration identification, control, reporting, and delivery of both internally developed software and externally purchased third-party products.- Reports to Architecture and Engineering/DevSecOps Modernization Lead and collaborates with Operations and Sustainment team to perform configuration management and release engineering tasks to ensure new software product operating parameters are documented, comply with standard hardware configurations, and are logistically sustainable.- Participates in the design, development, automation, testing, and maintenance of productivity tools to improve software modeling and development.- Designs and implements build procedures that are used to support software product development and use. Updates software configuration standards as necessary to evolve as platform modernizes. Trains software developers in the use of configuration management tools and the implementation of software quality standards.

- Developing and maintaining software configuration management tools to support configuration identification, control, reporting, and delivery of both internally developed software and externally purchased commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software products.- Supporting the development & maintenance of multiple system baselines using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket) and Microsoft SharePoint.- Performing configuration management and release engineering tasks to ensure new software product operating parameters are documented, comply with standard hardware configurations, and are logistically sustainable. - Developing software configuration standards for program use and training software developers in the use of configuration management tools and the implementation of software quality standards.

Storyboarding in Jazz allows for planning, assignment, and execution.- Creating onboarding materials and documentation in Confluence and Sharepoint.
