I love where I work and the culture that my job has to offer. I am capable of helping others strive for the exceeding standard rating and becoming the best educators they can possibly be, as I have done this in many A&Rs in the past. I believe my past, present centre directors and area managers can count on me as I have shown dedication and persistence when it comes to upholding standards, legislation, and frameworks while also meeting and upholding policies and procedures throughout rooms and practices while also completing tasks in a professional and timely manner.A little about myself, I have been in the early childhood education industry for over 9 years (since 2014 as a school-based trainee). Early years education has been my passion since day 1 of my career. I have 2 beautiful little children myself who inspire me in my job every day. I am known to be an chatterbox sometimes and love to build up spirits within my day-to-day activities. I am an organise freak and a very “by the book” kind of person. I have strong beliefs that everyone is equal and to treat everyone with respect. I am a very driven person, once I set my mind to something I prioritise and commit to the task and have no issues re-asking questions or following up.
