  I work within the Energy and Infrastructure team, handling a wide range of estate management and valuation matters across public, private, and coastal clients.I am principally engaged on instructions from various client types, including:Coastal Portfolio:- I manage part of the largest coastal portfolio in England and Wales, overseeing estate management and commercial landlord-tenant matters.Public and Private Sector Clients:- I handle landlord-tenant issues such as lease administration, rent reviews, and lease renewals.Valuations:-I conduct valuations for the granting of easements, wayleaves, and the release of restrictive covenants.Infrastructure Projects:- I support major infrastructure projects, from coordinating access for initial surveys to negotiating complex land rights agreements.Compulsory Purchase and Compensation:-I prepare reports and valuations for statutory purposes, including claims under the Electricity Act 1989 related to injurious affection.Key Successes:- Negotiated access for a significant infrastructure project, enabling survey work and land rights to be secured on time.- Conducted valuations for easements and wayleaves with favourable terms for private landowners and public bodies.- Supported the completion of a complex rent review for a high-value lease renewal within the coastal portfolio.
