My approach focuses on students who have confidence issues around the subject, it is based on strong communication and the ability to look at challenges in a variety of different ways. This role requires me to form a relationship with both my students and their parents to ensure that we achieve the best results, whether that be academic or personal, and that they wish to retain my services long term.

In this role I managed over 30 clients for a web design and digital marketing agency. My main responsibility was retaining clients through regular communication and clear management of the internal team. Day to day my role involved running user experience reviews with the senior team, creating recommendation reports and presenting them to clients. Once all projects had been agreed it was my duty to manage the project and handle all communication between the technical team and the client, requiring excellent time management and reliability.

I was responsible for management of small works and support & development cases, ensuring that their fulfilment is carried out quickly and effectively. I provided administrative support to the team and assisted operational staff in the delivery of services. I worked alongside the Project Manager to maintain and develop existing client relationships; acting as their point of contact for any technical issues.

This role required me to be energetic and passionate about all things travel. The ability to plan and advise on travel arrangements tailored around each client by exploring what they desired and capturing their imagination was essential. It involved sending clients to a wide range of long haul destinations, calling on my logistical and problem solving skills. The role involved communicating with a diverse client base whilst delivering an unparalleled level of client care. A strong worldwide geographical awareness was needed as well as extensive and recent first hand travel experience.
