• Monitoring rent accounts on QL to see if they require contact first by telephone and if no answer sending out a letter requesting contact.
• Completing affordability checks on potential new customer to make sure they can afford the property which they have bid for and advising them if they are entitled to apply for any benefits for example Child Tax.
