With over eight years of experience in operations and customer service, I am currently a trainee estimator at Collect Set Printers (CSP), a leading provider of printing solutions for various industries. In this role, I work with the estimating and costing team to prepare accurate and competitive quotes for printing projects, using various software and tools. I also liaise with the production and sales teams to ensure quality and timely delivery of the products. Prior to joining CSP, I was an Operations Assistant, an International Specialist and an Operations Supervisor at FedEx for more than eight years, where I supported the daily operations of the logistics and delivery services, including loading, scanning, sorting, and dispatching packages. I also provided excellent customer service and handled inquiries and complaints. I have gained valuable skills and competencies in costing, printing, logistics, customer service, and communication, and I am eager to learn and grow in the field of printing. I am passionate about delivering high-quality and cost-effective solutions to meet the needs and expectations of the clients, and I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team.
