 Sort and verify the accuracy of data before uploading onto RF database for customers. Comparing old and new data making sure all appeared in the correct fields, adjusting where needed. Downloading and preparing data for managers and team from itemser. Working closely with managers and different teams to ensure all deadlines were met throughout the company.

 Responsible for managing the day to day running of Logistics Admin overseeing a team of 3 Logistics administrators. First line support for all UK and European stores, area managers and teams on all schedule and escalation queries.  Working with all warehouse teams to make sure all stores deliveries have left on time and with the correct carrier. Liaising with suppliers of packaging, uniform, stationary and various other consumables. Negotiating competitive prices, terms, placing orders and receiving delivery confirmations. Liaising with Goods in teams to make sure all packaging deliveries are booked in. Then also ensuring there is sufficient room in storage sites to hold the extra deliveries based on volumes required for packing teams. Toll Accounts - this was a purchase ledger role which involved logging invoices on to the ‘Exact System’ dealing with general invoices queries and checking payments. Providing period end accruals in purchasing consumables and maintaining records to support forecasting and budgeting processes monthly and annually. Correlating information based on the team’s performance to produce monthly KPI’s for the Director. Responsible for making sure all shipping manifests were correctly logged and all figures available for manager’s monthly performance reports.  In charge of the key system changes within the Durkopp WMS making sure all key parties were aware and all adjusted on to meet deadlines. Working with the Director to gather data and prepare the annual packaging compliance returns for the UK and Ireland. Maintaining relationships with waste management companies ensuring all cardboard and plastic was recycling and sold for a competitive price. Helping with the successful go live of new retail projects such a ship from store.  Covering other manager’s roles within the office and warehouse when required.

 Dealing with all stock deliveries for five major high street brands, both UK and European. Answering calls and emails regarding any delivery enquires from customers and suppliers.  Communicating with various carriers on a daily basis ensuring that all deliveries were going to be on time. Convey with data entry of daily manifests to support the distribution teams with any day to day tasks. Coordinating with merchandisers and area managers at head office to ensure stock made required opening dates for all new stores, UK and European. Taking and arranging meetings with managers from different departments instructing them on important dates for new store plans. Liaising with managers to ensure that payroll data was collated each period and required figures were submitted to payroll on time. Supporting the Logistics admin manager with day to day tasks on ordering all consumables for the company. Ensuring that all uniform and safety shoes were issued to new permanent staff and to existing staff where requirements are required. Working with the warehouse system Durkopp, making sure the stores information was up to date and correct.
