SBS Administrators provide a flexible Payroll and Human resource management solutions to small and medium businesses. Our key areas of focus are mainly to improve and or implement policies and systems in both the Payroll and Human Resource Management fields. We provide support and training on a number of Payroll and HR related issues including Employee PAYE calculations, Time and attendance and leave management, productivity and staff performance.

My main function is to ensure service delivery to each of our clients remains at the highest level of professionalism starting with the products we offer to our after sales service. I am responsible for the efficient running of our service centre and maintaining of customer relations. I currently provide the training on our products myself and monitor user progress. Procurement of hardware is one of my functions as well as technical and graphic input into our software design and functionality.

Responsible for software assistance and client user knowledge as well as Payroll, Human resources and time & attendance best practices. Assisting Payroll clients with the reconciling and submission of Feb and August PAYE recons and ensuring correctness of these submissions. Payroll tax queries and general remuneration related queries. Running of payrolls from time to time for clients who required this service. Writing of BI reports using Microsoft query pulling data from Sybase central database odbc link and displaying data in excel using pivot tables.

I was responsible for HR admin, training and equity and skills reporting. I was the facilitator of the World class manufacturing project and implemented various PIPs. I was involved in retrenchment processes and also the implementation of the new biometric time and attendance system.
