I manage the store's business needs on a daily basis. I manage a team of 25 and I am always looking for ways to improve the store and upskill the team. My KPi results have increased 10% from January by pushing the boundaries of my management skills. I am also currently achieving 9 green mystery shopper results in a row. I’ve had a double green food audit result for 2024.

I was a promotion leader, Bakery manager and Training mentor. I was in charge of making sure the POS pack was delivered and the plans were completed to tight deadlines twice a week. I also took pride in posting pictures of my non-food displays each week and my store won during the queens award. I also had to manage the bakery targets by analysing the sales vs waste each week. I also had to ensure the team was up to date with store needs and training updates.

I managed a team of 25. I focused on stock management and the DEF process. I managed training for the team due to quarterly refreshers. With my success in this store, I received an exceeding expectations review which is the highest you can get.

Helped manage the team, working stock/deliveries. Stock ordering and promotional changes. I was selected to start the freshness coordinator and training mentor in my store when the new process was introduced.

I trained in each department: Bread, HR, Date checks, Stock counts. I was very keen to learn new skills and be more involved in the everyday needs of the business.
