About Jade Ford, Ms
With over 14 years of experience in managing fitness and wellness programs, I am passionate about creating and delivering exceptional experiences for Guests. As the Director of Wellness at BlakeSt, a luxury wellness social club located in the heart of downtown Bentonville, I oversee daily operations, wellness retail, wellness offerings, including personal training, wellness group classes, & the Spa: inclusive of massage, body treatments, facials, skincare, & waxing.My core competencies include ideation, positivity, development, futuristic, and maximization, which enable me to generate innovative ideas, inspire others with my vision, and cultivate the potential in my team and myself. I have a Master of Science degree in Kinesiology, with a focus on adapted movement science, and I am a certified personal trainer by ACE and PTA Global, as well as a primary group fitness instructor by AFAA & ACE. I also have international awareness and communication skills, as I studied abroad in Austria and speak decent German. I am always eager to learn new skills, explore new opportunities, and challenge myself to achieve excellence in wellness and beyond.
