I run events for women and gender minorities (WGM) for Monash Association of Debaters, one of the largest societies in Australia, which boasts over 500 members. I help foster inclusion and help coach new WGM, aiding diverse club member retention.

Managing association social media platforms across Facebook and Instagram. Involved with communications between other societies and the wider community. Managing the organisation of social events focussed on club growth and outreach.

I run trainings for the Junior Secondary program of debating in Victoria, which introduces high school students to debating and public speaking. It provides fundamental skills, and provides educational resources to students.

Adjudicating the Victorian high school circuit of debating. This involves liaising with coordinators, parents and coaches, as well as providing productive feedback to ensure student growth.

Adjudicating debates for the Melbourne Debating Academy.

Mathematics and English tutor for students from prep to year 12. Organise sessions, resources and feedback.

I provided frequent debate coaching to teams in years 7/8/9. This included creating PowerPoint presentations and interactive workshops, organising teams and providing regular and effective feedback. I was also liaising with the head school debate coordinator, parents, as well as the coordinator of the state competition. I would provide two lunchtime hour workshops a week and attend the competition weekly with the teams. One of my students won best speaker in 7/8 of her debates.
