• Provide knowledgeable answers to customer via Chat/Phone Call (inbound and outbound) inquiries products and brand• Call customers for product feedback for customer experience• Assist clients on order online via app and provide after sales assistance• Coordinates and follow up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provide the highest level of customer experience• Develop collaborative, positive working relationships with co - employees.• Assist customers with after sales service issues (returns, replacement, and reorder.• Be a primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and services• Able to communicate concisely our company policies to operations for product feedback• Maintain/update regular correspondence with customers

• In-charge in the processing of new accounts for individual, business (corporate) and payroll accounts• Issuing and linking the ATM card, checkbook and booklet. • Processing of Time Deposit, UITF balancing and computation of added interest (fresh and rollover)• Answering emails and calls to any bank related concerns• Cross-selling bank products (auto loan, home loan, credit card, personal loan, deposit accounts, non-life and life insurance)• Issuance of Bank Certificate and Bank Statement• Monitoring of accounts, transactions, perpetual filing of documents• Attending to clients' inquiries (verifications of bank transactions, updates, requirements, policy)• In-charge in coordinating with clients for Corporate account (HR personnel, treasury, signatories, representative) for their banking needs

• Processing of Foreign and Domestic Telegraphic transfer.• Issuance of Manager’s Check/Gift Check/Demand Draft, Buying/Selling of Dollar and Third Currency.• ATM loading and Cash balancing.• Respond to client inquiries (debit/credit transactions), loans, credit card application, bank products.• Monitoring accountable forms.

• Assist with client banking (cash/check deposits) • Bills payment• Forex(buying)• Customer service face to face and via phone inquiries• End of day cash balancing
