- Answer incoming calls. Forward calls to appropriate party, complete phone interview checklist, or handle requests.- Prepare all listing materials: pre-listing presentation, Listing Agreement, sellers’ disclosures, comparative market analysis, pull online property profile, research old multiple listing service (MLS) listings and etc.- Coordinate scheduling of public open houses and broker open houses.- Assist agents when necessary.- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

For many years I have been volunteering at this institution. I have done tasks such as secretary work including, filing, taking calls and messages, sending mail out, and typing certain documents. I have also volunteered during Christmas by wrapping gifts for foster children for many years. Also, during community events, I volunteered to work in public relations by organizing and supervising the institution's informative booth.

I love working with children; when volunteering for this company, I tutored children ages 5-10 during study hours. During break hours, we were assigned to either help organize children activities, clean the club, and/or supervise children during snack time.
