Seven years of combined experience supporting children and young people with complex needs and a background in Early Years and Child development. Looking to further develop and take on new challenges to provide targeted support and build effective working relationships with families and health and social care professionals in the local community .In my most recent role I supported children and young people who have special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), providing them with personalized care and delivering effective strategies and interventions that provided a holistic care approach to enable all individuals to make progress and achieve their potential. I collaborated with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to deliver high-quality education and interventions, and to empower the children and their families to participate in the community.I hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Learn Direct, and I hold a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning I am passionate about building effective relationships with children and their parents, and enhancing their well-being and development through positive and creative approaches.
