In my time as head lifeguard, I maintained pool safety and helped to manage pool quality and guest experience throughout the facility. I executed two rescues and responded to numerous first-aid situations as necessary. Besides this main project, I used my guard experience and mentoring background to teach new employees about how our facility's operations worked, as well as aided the managers in a pinch technical role, handling IT issues, filtration system maintenance, and facility upkeep and improvements.
