CurrentAs the AES Quality Assurance Manager (QAM), I am responsible for overseeing the NQA-1 (Nuclear Quality Assurance) program, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. This includes developing and implementing quality policies, procedures, conducting audits, and managing corrective and preventive actions. I lead a team of skilled professionals, providing training and guidance to ensure the highest level of quality throughout the company.In my role as Assistant Quality Assurance Manager (AQAM) for the NNMA&E (Northern New Mexico Architecture & Engineering) Group, I provide strategic support to the QAM in overseeing the quality assurance activities used in nuclear applications. I collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct audits, and perform risk assessments to ensure compliance with stringent nuclear industry requirements.As the Systems Administrator for AES, I am responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's IT systems, networks, and servers. This includes implementing security measures, performing backups, troubleshooting issues, and managing software and hardware upgrades. I ensure smooth and efficient IT operations, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity for the entire organization.I have been recognized for my in-depth knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices, as well as my technical expertise in systems administration. I have successfully implemented process improvements, resulting in increased efficiency and cost savings. I am known for my strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.My combined roles as AES QAM, NNMA&E Group AQAM, and Systems Administrator have allowed me to develop a diverse skill set, encompassing quality management and IT administration. I am proud to contribute to AES's commitment to excellence in the nuclear industry, and I look forward to driving continued success in these key roles.
