Manage night shift for the front of house including; Cashiers, Servers and Bussers. Trained new servers, bussers and cashiers.Ensure the restaurant exceeds state and federal cleanliness standards. Responsible for ordering paper products for restaurants.Recording detailed events to owners such as, customer complaints, customers compliments and reprimanding workers.Provide excellent wait service such as taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages.
