I have recently completed my Bachelor of Commerce at UNSW, graduating with a distinction, majoring in Human Resource Management and minoring in Marketing. Throughout my university experience, I had the opportunity to collaborate on projects with peers in areas such as human resource management, business ethics and sustainability, brand management and social entrepreneurship, which honed my analytical and teamwork skills.Currently, I am an Inbound Customer Service Representative for Endeavour Group, where I apply my customer service expertise in high-volume environments. Previously, my role as a Restaurant Shift Supervisor in hospitality allowed me to strengthen my leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, especially under pressure.I am passionate about leveraging my diverse skill set to create positive customer experiences and drive operational excellence in any role I undertake.
