Every person is important; it's this sentiment that leads me through life, personally and professionally. Although my career has barely begun - I am currently studying Social Psychology at The Open University alongside parental responsibilities and other lifestyle commitments - it is through various customer service roles that I have been proactive in my message: showing individuals that they matter. From being a friendly face and listening ear to going above and beyond, the customer experience is my utmost priority. It took me, perhaps, longer than most to figure out my career path, however I am now on that journey, garnering a deeper understanding of people - as both individuals and as part of societal groups - at a degree level. Whilst I may not know for certain what the future holds, I anticipate people being at the heart of what I do.
