Provide assistance and outreach through a support service, providing referrals, and linking clients with appropriate NDIS services and monitoring and reporting progress. Assist people with a mental illness to maintain key organisation and other relationships, which facilitate independent living. Help program participants link in with other relevant community resources. Bridge the gap between Aftercare’s NDIS service and the local CALD communities. Build team awareness and understanding of the cultural factors of the local CALD communities and the ways in which these factors influence the community. Provide support to and identify a range of mental health services to local CALD communities.

Management of a wide variety of IT projects including help desk set-up, on-site training and consultancy and Y2K upgrades within local and international client companies. Planning, preparation and implementation of strategic marketing and promotional initiatives to ensure the development of new business opportunities. Development of tactical sales initiatives to achieve projections and operational goals. Client relationship building, management and retention ensuring complete satisfaction with services and by maintaining a high public relations profile. Meeting with prospective clients and disseminating project and training needs, conducting feasibility studies, and estimating costs. Personal presentation of project initiatives at senior management levels for approval. Recruitment, management, motivation, and development of various staff as required for project completion. Management of project site including directing of workflow practices, roster systems and delegation of duties. Responsible for negotiation of contract and legal documentation pertaining to specific projects. Establishment and maintenance of installation procedures. Investigation, analysis, diagnosis and solution finding for of complex technical issues. Ability to demonstrate a high degree of ingenuity, lateral thinking, technical and analytical skills and have a well-developed understanding of the industry.

Developing and training staff on internal applications. PC and network support. General network maintenance. Handling and processing service requests.
