In this role I was the single front of house person assisting the owner in a popular churro shop on one of the most popular streets in the city. I worked to clean the restaurant and open and close on different days. I held a wide variety of responsibilities and learned to multitask through managing coffee, takeout orders, and was the primary point of customer contact as a cashier. I was also trusted to train 2 other people to do this role.
