• Facilitation of training as a subcontractor to manufacturing and soft-skills Training Providers• Technical writing of programmes, curriculums, academy’s as well as work instructions and standard operating procedures• Specialist change management facilitation for technical project groups

- Leading and advising by developing a strategy that promotes learning and enforces a high-performance culture with inputs from both the local Directorate and MAHLE Germany’s Head of Personnel Development - Responsible for developing a talent management strategy integrating leadership development across all levels including BBBEE Skills Development & Equity Plan - Primarily responsible for the development and delivering Training Plans for all employees which includes graduate trainees, learnerships, internships, vacation work and in-service training - Facilitating change management workshops for functional or project teams that have tight deadlines and cannot afford a breakdown in teamwork to hinder progress - Communicating learning imperatives and deliverables to stakeholders, onboarding new and transferred employees and designing job descriptions - Managing relationships with critical stakeholders to optimally leverage strategic partnerships and expertise from colleagues based at other MAHLE locations: Germany, UK, Spain, India and Poland - Leading the Training and Development function, and through an annual evaluation and benchmarking to ensure best practice in training - Ensuring adherence to regulations by the MAHLE Behr Production and Management Systems (World Class Manufacturing) - Developing inhouse Learning Material and Work Instructions for topics that range from Coaching and Leadership to Machine Operation as well as e-learning content for business processes - Bulk recruitment of shop floor positions including the development of technical and physical assessments including the representation of the Company at the Dispute Resolution Centre for the Motor Chamber Leading 1 Training Officer, and indirectly leading 1 Training Assistant / Dotted line reports: X1 Training Officer Reason for leaving: ethical, a whistle blower
