CIPD level 5 qualified, TMD allows me to continually work the HR function from an operational point of view. Being involved with Disciplinary action, redundancy, grievances, benefit & company support, learning & development, holiday & mat/pat pay as well as recruitment demonstrates the exposure of my remit within the HR department. My position offers me a real variety of face to face employee interaction, upholding employment law/legislation for the interest of the business and its staff and to be heavily involved in company projects like employee engagement and more recently project management for software implementation. I am able to successfully build relationships with departmental line managers to appropriately advice them on processes set in place to run a happy, motivated and fair workforce.

As the Branch Manager of Spring Personnel it is my responsibilty to ensure the smooth running of a profitable branch, to maximize sales opportunities, tender for big accounts and to enhance and hone the skills of the branches consultants.
