As a facilitator and workshop leader, I guide participants through the artistic process. This process helps participants to reconnect with their inherent creative abilities, thus allowing for the re-emergence of personal integrity, inspiring authenticity and giving energetic support to everyone on their path of purpose.I believe that each form of expression is a facet of the spherical self, combining perfectly as a whole. As a dancer, choreographer, spoken word artist, visual artist, capoeirista, and aerialist, my work interlaces multiple art forms, performance art and theatrical techniques with modern spiritual connectedness.Art is interlaced; everything is the essence of creativity. Every motion, sound and vision is connected and inspired by this same expressively potential energy.
