As a Travel Counsellor, I run my own travel business from home. I am an independent Travel Specialist with no limits as to what I can offer.I use a fantastic and competitive, award winning system to search and book holidays and have access to over 400 suppliers worldwide, so I can completely tailor-make any itinerary to suit every requirement. As a Travel Advisor for TUI, my role had a variety of responsibilities. Primarily my main focus was to find perfect holidays for a variety of clients, ranging from package and budget friendly to luxury 5* accommodations. I was also insurance and Foreign Exchange trained and would frequently work in the Foreign Exchange Bureau, dealing with many methods of payment and currencies from all over the world. I reguarly took part in product knowledge events and was given the responsibility of the instore Disney Specialist, meaning I also looked after most of the instore Disneyland Paris, Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line bookings

My role as a Personal Travel Expert for Kuoni was to provide a personalised service, creating luxury tailor made and unique itineraries for a range of clients which were primarily honeymooners and clients celebrating special occasions. These itinerearies were for both European and Worldwide destinations, and I used a range of booking tools including Galileo and Kuoni's own booking and dashboard system known as Pixie.

As a member of Cabin Crew for British Airways, my role was to provide an outstanding level of service to all customers, whilst complying with safety and security responsibilities to the highest standard. As an ambassador for the airline, my duties included regularly building effective working relationships with service users, aswell as colleagues and partners to ensure we worked as one team. My duties also included complying with corporate policies, demonstrating knowledge of the business objectives and providing 360 feedback to colleagues for personal development plans.

As a Sales Assistant for H&M, my main responsibility was to be visibly present on the shop floor, retailing and advising customers of products in store. My duties also included stock replenishments, cash float counting and liasing with stock delivery operatives.
