17 years of competitive softball has shaped me into the professional I am today. I am an athlete at my core which has molded me into the woman you see before you. As an athlete, I have an insatiable drive to excel and will stop at nothing to achieve my goals. My athletic background created my form of leadership style which is inspirational and collaborative with a strong focus on employee autonomy. I lead through my people and always recognize and applaud their achievements. The skills I've learned from my athletic career and sales background have given me the reputation of excellence in leadership/people management, the ability to motivate almost any group of people, how to be an adaptable/flexible team player, and how to lead through adversity. I have mastered the art of communicating and I place a strong emphasis on understanding the context/situation before responding to an issue. My goal is to gain perspective before casting judgement, but working in a fast-paced environment, I have gained the skills necessary to make quick, sound decisions which will positively impact my business and team. 10 years of communication experience and 7 years of DSD sales experience is definitely the dynamic duo! My skill set is multi-faceted which gives me a unique approach in dealing with complex, complicated, and ambiguous situations, and when I'm faced with those problems, I hunker down and pound out a strategy that will benefit my team, the business, and the overall execution strategy sent from regional headquarters.I'm just a woman who knows what she wants out of life and has the tenacity to make things happen.
