Focusing on aligning people strategy and business strategy, including strategic planning, updating and implementing policies, identifying training needs, and delivering training programs in line with business objectives. Providing guidance on HR matters to the Queensland, Northern Territory and Western Australia teams. Training and upskilling frontline managers in HR practices and assisting with ER matters. Including assisting with transitions, generating contracts and onboarding new team members with the assistance of the recruitment team.

Responsible for recruitment across frontline and management roles across Queensland, Victoria and South Australia, in addition to generating new contracts for existing employees.Assisting with transitions to new sites, onboarding incumbent team members and recruiting multiple new team members.Providing assistance and guidance on HR matters across the business, including training management on best performance management practices.

Initially hired as a temporary position, I was responsible for onboarding new team members to the company, including delivering inductions, assisting team members with completing their onboarding and assisting the management team with transitioning to a new company on site. Later kept on in a permanent role, my role involved assisting the management team with managing budgets, providing guidance and support with HR matters and ensuring contract compliance.

Responsible for rostering, timekeeping and attendance across multiple departments. Ensuring cost effective rostering practices are followed in addition to providing system guidance to managers across the business and providing award and EBA guidance to employees within the wider business.

Launched Paws, Claws & All and later Gold Coast Dog Walking to respond to a need in the market. I was responsible for all facets of the business, from customer service and onboarding new customers to accounts management, marketing, SEO and day to day organisation.

Managing a multicultural team, responsible for the data on 38 Hotfrog sites around the world, consisting of 3-5 Team Leaders and 15-35 Data Management Coordinators from over 20 countries around the world. Responsible for the quality of content on 40+ sites, including keyword relevancy, company detail accuracy and appropriateness of content. Role included management of the data pipeline, setting data strategy for the business and project management across data projects.

Responsible for processing and managing the returns process as well as general phone based and email customer service. Acted in a 2IC Manager capacity when required.
