The following are the duties that I am very good at:*Hard Worker*Fast Learner*Big People Person*Very friendly*Very good at reviewing Documents for any grammer mistakes and will fix the mistakes to have the document be fully professional looking.*Assisting in resolving any Administrative problems that may be a problem either now or is currently a problem on a normal basis.*Manage Calendars/Help with any kind of Scheduling needed via Zoom, email, text or Phone calls.*Help with drafting letters, writing any correspondence memeos, letters, and forms to either staff and/or to public.*Can act as the Staff Training & Drilling Person, who via Zoom, email, phone calls, and text gets in touch with the person/persons needed and sends them daily reminders to study/get their training done. *Drilling of the staff on any needed drills to make them more competent in the work space and have less mistakes being made.*Can do Execel and Microsoft Word docs to maintain and keep records of all people and drills being done or for anything else needed.*Be the personal Receptionist from afar so you don't have to call, schedule and write emails to staff or pubic yourself.*In other words, I can act as the go-to person to do the actions that take up your time unnecessarily so and you just need a person to take it off your hands. This would then enable you to focus on much bigger actions or functions which are bigger cycles and requires more attention.I am looking for the following hours 8am - 3-4pm PCT (11am - 6-7pm EST), Mon -Fri.Thank you!
