In this temporary position, my role as a Sales Associate required me to provide customer service by helping students find their required texts for school and checking them out at the register. This was a fast-paced environment where we had to constantly be moving and on our feet helping carry books and packages and merchandise. We were also tasked with using Excel to log inventory and data onto a spreadsheet.
