I joined Whiteley’s in 2019 as their assistant manager in the warehouse, this progressed to becoming the full time manager in a matter of weeks due to long term staff illness. I learnt quickly and adapted into the role with ease, I have written, implemented and improved existing procedures for both warehouse and production bringing us from a 4-6 week lead time on most orders to a in stock data lead system meaning 90% of orders are Despatch in the same week as the order is placed.

I trained in goods in, picking, packing and Despatch. Working in each department when necessary. I gained valuable knowledge of how a warehouse flows and the importance of each step.
