Jade Smith is a Women’s project (events) manager at World Rugby. Colleagues describe them as "I worked with Jade on the planning and operations at Victoria Park, as part of the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games. Jade was a fantastic co-worker who always gave 100% to her role and the team around her. Very much aware of the bigger picture Jade, was always willing to get stuck in, with a hands on approach when required. Jade proved her skills and abilities when dealing with all FA's involved in hosting the Commonwealth Games at Victoria Park. She was professional, coped well under pressure, and would be an asset to any company lucky enough to employ her. I wish Jade all the best for the future and really hope we get to work together again someday."
