My role has ranged from departmental work and customer service, such as researching the availability of any item across the North West. I have worked at three Matalan Store; Swinton (original store), Sefton and Southport, which has given me a great insight into the differences within the company and allowed me to understand better the common aim of providing happy and polite service to all customers.

My role was to input data and information on clients and contacts as well as monitoring the phones and emails.
