A dedicated TA to support students with behavioural difficulties within school settings. My work experience includes working within primary schools and secondary school settings. I can assure of proven abilities in providing individualised/group support, managing challenging behaviour, and encouraging a positive learning environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills enable me to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.I am passionate about helping young people overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. My work has given me a deep understanding of adolescent development and effective strategies for supporting students with diverse needs. I look forward to applying my skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive school environment. Previously, I have conducted one-to-one sessions with children for individual tuition in the subjects of English, maths, and science.
