I have worked in the international development industry for about five years managing projects and coordinating proposals for clients including USAID, the State Department and the National Endowment for Democracy in the economic growth and governance sectors. I have a Master's in Public Policy and I have worked as a volunteer consultant for various clients, both in the US and abroad, conducting research and data analysis and providing policy recommendations. I recently began a new role in the education policy industry where I am helping advance educational and racial equity in the Baltimore City Public School community.
