Store manager role I am in charge of my team and shop standards delivery metrics on the kpi dashboard and recruiting and developing my team into promoted roles within my shop

I started working for Poundland when I turned 16 I started as a frontline colleague when the new shop in Canterbury high street first opened up. At the end of my career I had managed to become promoted through supervisor assistant manager up to store manager role. I was in charged of running our biggest unit on Strood retail park taking over 90k a week and running a team of around 30 colleagues with supervisors and an assistant manager. This was the most highly profiled store in my area when I was approached by Iceland and offered a job opportunity I solely decided to go for this as I had reached my peak in Poundland and was looking to further my retail career by trying something different
