A very varied career path so far, one which started in a recruitment/ support role and has come full circle back to exactly that. Using all the skills gained so far within HR, compliance, onboarding and time working directly in a school environment to now working with Opus Teach, supporting the team in onboarding and placing supply teachers. I am loving my role and time with Opus Teach and leave every day feeling valued and that what we are doing has made that small difference, ensuring children have as little disruption as possible and receive a great days learning in the absence of their “normal” teacher. Looking forward to what the future holds with a brilliant, caring company.
