CurrentRequirements Gathering & Analysis: Lead efforts to identify, document, and analyze business requirements through structured techniques. Apply the BABOK framework to ensure comprehensive requirements, validating stakeholder needs and aligning them with business objectives.Requirement Documentation: Develop detailed requirement documents (including functional and non-functional) to clearly define the scope and expectations of each project. Ensure all documentation adheres to organizational standards and is easily understood by both business and technical teams.Manage Requirements in Azure DevOps: Utilize Azure DevOps to manage and track requirements. Work closely with development teams to prioritize and manage backlog items, ensuring that requirements are delivered on time and meet business goals.Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and expectations are set. Facilitate regular meetings and reviews to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.Process Improvement: Support Agile teams through continuous improvement practices, incorporating feedback loops to enhance business processes. Provide valuable insights during sprint reviews, retrospectives, and planning sessions, ensuring that business requirements are always at the forefront of development.Power Apps & Power BI Development: Design, build, test, and manage Power Apps and Power BI reports, developing custom solutions that streamline workflows and provide actionable insights. I collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, ensuring the apps and reports align with business goals and enhance data-driven decision-making.Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations, helping to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiencies.
