Korea, and Turkey! My role as Business Development Manager allows me to get to know our clients and our goal is for our team to become an extension of yours. I work closely with the entire team to ensure a seamless delivery of our promises and to maintain the highest level of attention to detail from beginning to end and beyond. We really do make creating and distributing Marketing materials for the education industry stress-free!

Regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) as a Payment Services Firm and by Her Majesty’s Revenue & Customs (HMRC) as a money services business, CEL Transact specialises in the delivery of transaction cost reduction solutions for UK and international customers via its proprietary technology platforms and global banking footprint. It provides payment and collection services to over 2500 customers from 130 countries, dealing in 28 different currencies and managing over $400 million in transactions every year. Uni -Pay is a devleopment of CEL Transact, and my job role is to promote the system to the Higher Education Sector. Uni-Pay is an international payment and collection service for overseas student fees, that has been designed specifically for universities and language schools.

During my time at Global Study UK and Gobal Student Admissions, I was given the oppurtunity to work on a variety of different projects that enhanced my knowledge and understanding of the International Higher Education sector. I was the primary contact for high schools in Middle East and Gulf, and had to liase and organise various events as a result. In addition, I worked closely with International students on their applications to study in the UK, and as a result had good contact with higher education instituions in the UK. All of these tasks and responsibilities enabled me to increase my customer service, sales, administrative and organisational skills to a high level.

The American Intercontinental University in London, was a London campus of an American University. During my time at AIU I spent my time in admissions, dealing with the demands and requests that an admissions office has to offer.

At the Sussex Hotel I was able to focus on my customer service and customer relations really positively. Working on the front desk and having to deal with customer complaints has given me the ability to extend my skills. Working in a demanding environment, at a busy hotel in the centre of London, allowed me to experience the benefits of time management and organisation. Preparation was key in ensuring that complaints were minimised. Radisson Edwardian effectively trained all staff to the highest ability in a number of areas from first aid, customer service, customer complaints and most importantly to them "making it right".

I was a customer service team leader at an Argos Store. I was orignanlly hired as a christmas temp, but progressed further through hard work, and being a strong member of the team. I was then made permenant three months leader to a Customer Adviser.I then progressed on to becoming a weekend team leader and customer service team leader. I showed that I was organised, hard working and willing to put in long hours to make sure that the tasks were done.
