As a Global Strategy & Operations professional, I have spent over a decade working across a wide array of industries including finance, non-profit, management consulting, hospitality and tech. Some of my proudest career accomplishments have included managing monthly P&L, as well as identifying tactics to sustain business through the pandemic for a global hospitality company with over 80 locations; building a robust dashboard to track supply chain costs within a major governmental organization; developing strategies to increase bus ridership for a major urban public transportation system; and leading a DEI transformation initiative at a multi-billion dollar foundation — plus a passion project to design, launch and operate a pop-up bar, Churchwell & Smith. I have spent significant time in Latin America and traveling extensively around the world, am proficient in Spanish and Portuguese, and bring a global and open mindset when engaging with business stakeholders. Both personally and professionally, I have aimed to drive economic development and seek to continue creating pathways towards this.
