For those who do not yet know me, I wanted to share a little about who I am and why I established Middleton executive. Firstly, I'm London born, globally raised and living the Aussie dream in Melbourne. After graduating from university with a degree in International Politics, I landed my first job as a recruitment consultant in my home town. Yes, I too have been on the candidate side. I was blown away by the help and advice I received from my recruitment consultant (I'm still friends with her today). After this experience I thought to myself, I too would love to help people achieve their dream job and get one step closer to the life they've always wanted. I stayed with that company for three years before moving into Human Resources. After completing my Masters in HR and Employment Law, I picked up the wanderlust bug and set off on my merry travels to Australia. The plan was to stay in Melbourne for six weeks. Many years later, I'm still here and wholeheartedly call it home.Having worked with world leading recruitment agencies, I've learned a lot and have been fortunate enough to work with iconic organisations embarking on digital transformations. These relationships set the foundations for Middleton executive. I believe in honesty, transparency and commitment.
