I'm an English language teacher, trainer, researcher and materials developer, and my primary research interests focus on learner-generated visuals in ELT, learner autonomy, and integrating life skills into classroom practice. I've presented at various conferences including IATEFL and as a Keynote speaker at The Image Conference.In addition to authoring a wide range of ELT articles, Teacher Guides and Research Guides, I've also been published in IATEFL Voices and English Teaching Professional, and have contributed to a Routledge publication on Reflective Practice in ELT.I regularly create academic training content for Macmillan Education and work closely with the Insights Application team at Cambridge University Press & Assessment, with whom I collaborated to develop the Employability Skills Framework for ELT and the Sustainability Framework for ELT.My teaching experience includes teaching all levels of General English as well as one to one and exam preparation courses. I'm an experienced Business English trainer and have taught both in schools and in companies in the UK and Germany. I've delivered intensive teacher training courses in Language Methodology & Culture, Aspects of Teaching and Teaching Business English, I deliver face to face seminars and workshops for schools and institutions around Europe, and am a tutor at The School for Training in Barcelona.
