Currently, I lead resource management and and support business operations at FWD People, a strategy-first, full-service marketing agency that builds brands and helps drive client growth. Previously, I was the Senior Manager of Global Operations at Purpose, a social impact agency that creates campaigns, platforms, and movements for positive change. There, I led the planning and execution of priority initiatives, implemented best practices, tools, and processes to enhance the efficiency and scalability of Purpose's work globally, and oversaw global reporting, staffing, and business offerings.
