CR and CP, calculations and reports by the construction cost indicator, internal customer service, bank reconciliation of more than 50 accounts, closing reports.In this period the construction company went through the migration from the Strato system to the Mega system. I was involved in the implementation of new processes and interconnection between the Accounting and Financial sector.

Responsible for CR control, bank reconciliation of some of the accounts and improvement of financial processes. One of them was to identify internal system bottlenecks. Process flow mapped through PDCA and interventions were applied. In a semester of analysis there was a resolution of more than 90% and satisfaction of the coordinators of the sectors involved in the process.I had the opportunity to work in the Protest sector of the registry office, out-of-court assistance to creditors and debtors and reconciliation of the sector's bank account.

During this internship I learned about the banking routine and provided initial assistance to customers with their questions about their statements, deposits, checks and loans. I had the opportunity to learn about some Investment and Credit Card products and make a pre-sale to the bank's customers.
