Interned at Pillsbury acting as a practice assistant providing administrative support to the New York City office. Assisting legal secretaries, attorneys, and partners with numerous tasks including preparing conflict checks and opening new matters; reviewing and editing prebills; assisting with incoming and outgoing mail; preparing check requests, invoices for payment, and expense reports; entering attorney time, coordinating travel, and maintaining electronic files and attorney contacts. Partaking in Pro bono work including the Innocence project and acting as a case reviewer in the researchathon for the Florida Rights Restoration Coalition.
