With over 15 years of work experience in the food industry, I have led and contributed to various initiatives that promote innovation, sustainability, and social impact. As the Founding Executive Director of PROJECT FRESH, I oversee the development and implementation of programs that connect local farmers with urban consumers and increase access to nutritious foods and high quality STEM education in low-income communities. I also partner with multiple stakeholders, including government agencies, nonprofits, and corporations, to secure funding, raise awareness, and scale programs. Previously, as the Director of Talent Development at AgLaunch, I supported a vast range of food and Ag entrepreneurs from students to seniors, providing mentorship, technical assistance, and access to markets and funding. I leveraged my background in food science, as well as my skills in new business development, analytical and presentation skills, to evaluate and support the growth of innovative solutions for the agricultural sector. I am passionate about creating positive change in the food system, and I seek to join a team that shares this vision and values diversity, collaboration, and learning.
