Build, implement and manage incident manage process with goals of reducing the number of issues encountered during monthly, quarterly and annual report submissions in line with fed requirements in alignment with Enterprise wide IHC implementation initiative. Manage and Build Production Incident/Defect/Risk Management Process including documentation of all process flows, KOPs, training, sr management reporting, and project plans associated with the successful remediation of High/Critical Production incidents impacting deliverables. Host daily scrum calls dedicated to resolving and prioritizing defects/incidents.Manage Command and Control Center - host daily scrum production status calls, update critical path items for sr. management reporting, host ad-hoc meetings and document KOP and process documents associated with the successful execution of monthly runbooks to meet federal requirements for IHC deliverable projectManage and support UAT activities for Additional/Manual Reports for IHC implementation. Train new resources on tools and DB process documents to ensure activities are thoroughly documented and executed effeciently for SIT and UAT environmentsServe as a liason between IT dev/tech analysts teams and the business for production and uat issues. Additionally Interface with CR (Change Request BA's to ensure that strategic solutions implemented were consistently tracked and executed in proper releases, while tracking any potential impacts to user experience in production.Host daily scrum Defect/Incident calls to prioritize and facilitate the resolution of critical issues impacting deliverables.Develope innovative reporting to track changes month over month/ quarter over quarter to gain knowledge on areas of improvement as needed by management.Support monthly/quarterly lessons learned and post mortem activities.

Project Controller for large client facing data migration project. Primary role is focused on Offshore Technical Support Transition Project Management for all teams supported on the Converged Infrastructure as well as overall cross functional project support and coordination of 7 different workstreams. Including technology, WAN/LAN, Application Support/Service Desk and the general application workstreams as we work to migrate approx 159 applications. Primary Roles and responsibilities include: -Cross functional Project plan management development and support to workstream PMs as needed- Training/Communication plan development and management- Active engagement in SOW and BOM reviews- Gather and document requirements- Create executive status reports, and presentations for steering/ leadership meetings.- Attend and document results from Program and Steering Committee meeting-Maintain and develope up-to-date status reports, staffing analytics, etc.

Project coordination and facilitation by supporting the impacted business processes/areas, markets and vendors to ensure that operations are ready for go-live system, policy, and process change implementations.
